Amity Solutions, a prominent Thai software and AI company, along with its parent company, Amity Corporation, has announced a successful $60 million Series C funding round.

• Total Funding Raised: Amity Solutions raised $41.6 million led by Insight Capital, with participation from various new and existing investors, while Amity Corporation raised $18.4 million led by SMDV, with Gobi Partners and other existing investors joining in.

• GenAI Focus: Amity Solutions aims to transform customer engagement software into GenAI-centric applications, focusing on research and development and acquiring SaaS companies for GenAI integration.

• Planned Stock Market Listing: Amity Solutions' spin-out from Amity Corporation in 2023 is a strategic move to prepare for a listing on the Thai Stock Market, allowing it to concentrate on its core GenAI mission.

• Leadership Insight: Group CEO Keng Teik Koay stressed the creation of a GenAI application ecosystem to enhance key business functions.
