Grip Invest secures $10M in Series B led by Stride Ventures

Grip Invest, an innovative direct-to-consumer (D2C) investment platform that caters to retail investors, has successfully accumulated $10M in a Series B funding round.

  • Equity and Debt: This fundraising round saw $8.5M raised through fresh equity and convertible note and $1.5M acquired in venture debt.

  • Financiers: The investment round was spearheaded by Stride Ventures, and drew support from new investors LC Nueva and Multiply Ventures. Existing investors like Venture Highway, Anicut Capital, and AdvantEdge also contributed to this round.

  • Upscaling and Improvements: The raised capital will be tactically put to use to upscale business operations, mainly focusing on driving customer awareness, establishing a trustworthy brand, expanding product distribution and adding user-friendly features on Grip's tech platform.

  • Growth: Grip Invest, founded by Nikhil Aggarwal, having already facilitated INR 800+ Cr ($97.56M) in investments, is optimally positioned to exploit the company's growth opportunities driven by shifts in wealth management trends towards digital-hybrid platforms.

  • Previous Wins: Over the past 18 months, Grip Invest has listed India's first alternative investment instrument on NSE, launched three first-to-market products and fully integrated with NSE under SEBI's OBPP license.

Moving forward, Grip Invest aims to leverage this newly acquired capital to enhance its product offerings and make investing even more convenient for their users.
