Metadome.ai Raises $6.5 Million in Series A to Expand XR Capabilities

Metadome.ai, a Gurugram-based extended reality (XR) startup, has secured $6.5 million in its Series A funding round. This round was led by Siana Capital and Chiratae Ventures, with new investors Alteria Capital, 3to1 Capital, and Manish Choksi’s family office also participating.

• Expansion Plans: With the fresh funding, Metadome.ai plans to broaden its business reach into the US, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. The company aims to enhance its XR offerings by integrating advanced AI technologies.

• Company Background: Founded in 2016 by Kanav Singla, Shorya Mahajan, and Kartik Kanaujia, Metadome.ai (formerly Adloid) specializes in VR and AR solutions for sectors like home decor, e-commerce, and mobility.

• Notable Clients: The company serves prominent clients such as Hewlett Packard (HP), Tata Motors, Hero MotoCorp, and Asian Paints, underscoring its strong industry presence.

• Previous Funding: The company raised $4 million in a pre-Series A round in December 2021, and has since more than doubled its customer base.
