Noice, an audio streaming platform based in Indonesia, has recently undertaken a “strategic organizational restructuring”. CEO Rado Ardian expressed that this was a challenging decision but was necessary for the company's future success and sustainability.

The Lowdown:

• The total number of affected employees remains uncertain, as per the company’s LinkedIn page which shows 215 employees.

• Anonymous sources among the affected employees revealed notifications were received last week, with some stating their termination effective from August 31.

The last funding round for the company took place in April 2022, raising a US$22 million series A round, led by Northstar and with participation from Alpha JWC Ventures, Kinesys, and Gojek’s Go-Ventures.
