Resurge Launches €120M Venture Equity Fund

Resurge Growth Partners has launched a €120 million "venture equity" fund to support European and Israeli scaleups that have outgrown traditional venture capital but aren't yet ready for private equity. This new model bridges the gap, offering capital and expertise to help promising companies achieve sustainable growth.

• Founders and Leadership: Co-founded by Oren Peleg, former Managing Director of Oaktree Capital and former CEO of Fitness First. Eyal Malinger, former Partner at Beringea and VP at Oaktree Capital, joins Peleg in leading the firm.

• Investment Focus: Resurge targets companies generating at least €8M in revenue, primarily in the UK, Europe, and Israel. It focuses on tech and tech-enabled businesses with an established product-market fit. Investments will be made through buyouts, recapitalizations, or strategic partnerships.
